Our goal is to provide our community with the highest quality of pastured products. Our Grass-finished beef is not tough and dry. Adding annuals for the last 4-6 weeks of the beef-cow's life puts lucious marbling on the meat, making flavorful cuts. Our grass-eating chickens lay dark-yolked healthy eggs as the grass removes toxins through their digestive system. Our chicken meat 'broilers' eat grasses, alfalfa and clover for health-giving meats to your plate. We sell our beef annually in September/October by quarters, halves, and wholes.
